Faulty Goods
Goods that have been received that are faulty will be replaced at Mypoolstore.com.au expense.
Procedure for faulty goods
1- Contact mypoolstore.com.au to inform us that you have received a faulty product.
2- We will issue you with a return reference number.
3- Send the item back to us for inspection. Within 14 days of purchase.
4- After inspection if we find the product to be faulty, we will send you replacement and refund you the postage cost for returning the goods.
5- Should the product not be faulty we will seek payment from you to have the product returned.
Return product for wrong choice
Custom made products can not be returned. Liners and Covers marked with an * cannot be returned.
Liners cannot be returned once the box has been opened. Please check the size on the box and if in doubt re-measure before opening the box.
1- If the product is not described above then please contact mypoolstore.com.au to inform us that you plan the return a product.
2- We will issue you with a return reference number.
3- Send the item back to us for inspection. The item must be received in original condition with original packaging. Within 14 days of purchase.
4- Providing the product is not a liner that has been opened or Custom made product. Is in original condition and has not been used. You will receive a store credit or the purchase amount, less freight and a 20% restocking fee.
Return Product as wrong product received
If the product is different than described exchange will be given. Providing the product and packaging is in the original condition.

2- We will issue you with a return reference number.
3- Send the item back to us for inspection. The item must be received in original condition with original packaging. Within 14 days of purchase.
4- Providing the product is in original condition and has not been used. We will send you the correct product and refund you the amount you paid to return the product back to us.
Product Warranty
All products sold by Mypoolstore.com.au are covered by manufacturer’s warranty. In case of warranty claim please contact the manufacturer direct or contact mypoolstore.com.au for direction.
